Dig into your coaching practice over the next 5 months with a Slow Book Club, hosted by The EduCoach Survival Guide. We understand that time and budgets are tight -- so this is our solution for coaches and leaders to build their practice in a flexible, sustainable, and accountable way.
What You'll Experience (February - July 2026)
Monthly Reading Cycle:
- Short reading assignments delivered to your inbox on the first Sunday of each month
- Mid-month reflection questions to process and apply what you're learning
- Share stories, challenges, successes, and photos of your impact in our private online community (LetterLoop)
- Optional monthly virtual meetups (1 hour, last Thursday of each month)

Important Details
Investment: $99 (Intro cohort pricing)
What You'll Need: Your own copy of The EduCoach Survival Guide (2nd edition recommended; 1st edition welcome too). Available on Amazon for $34.
Program Dates: February 1 - July 1, 2026
Limited Enrollment: In order to provide meaningful, confidential discussion, we limit participants numbers.
*This book club works with both the 1st and 2nd editions of the EduCoach Survival Guide. We'll be using the 2nd edition (2023) as our primary text, but if you have the 1st edition (2020), you're absolutely welcome! We'll note any significant differences and make sure everyone can participate fully.
What Happens After You Register?
- You'll receive a welcome email within 24-48 hours with your LetterLoop invitation
- Get ready for your first reading assignment on February 2nd
- Mark your calendar for monthly meetups (last Thursday of every month)
Your Slow Book Club Host

Lindsay Deacon is a full-time coach to educators of all levels and the co-author of The EduCoach Survival Guide books. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, she has served on Dr. Jim Knight’s Instructional Coaching team and Professor John Hattie’s Visible Learning team at Corwin Press, and led the design and implementation of the Instructional Coaching program for NWEA. Outside of her professional work, Lindsay spends her time riding horses and volunteering for the FBI Las Vegas Citizen’s Academy Alumni Association.
